Mexico City Mexican not Texas Mexican is Hugo's and it's the best. Set in restored, high ceiling building, chef Hugo Ortega serves up a refreshed menu of what I find the be the norm in Mexico. I'm a regular here and highly recommend Hugo's if you want to get away from the TexMex and still be authentic.
