 13 Celisus is one of the more popular wine bars in town these days. It's got a nice casual feel and a book of a wine list. Not much in the way of food (cheese plates, etc.), but a great vibe at a good price. It's off the beaten path too, so can find privacy here if that's what you're going for. The daytime picture isn't great; is much nicer at night and actually well lit in an industrial way.
